Forester Square is a developing community.  We are not just committed to maintaining the community we are in the process of many new great improvements.

Below is a summary of the major community projects that have been completed as well as a list of future community projects.

2016 2017
($23K) Landscape in front of pond and mail boxes by pond (Add paver patio, column lights, plants, flowers, maple tree, sod, arborvitaes and irrigation) ($150K) Repair additional steps on attached units along Forester Blvd and Amys Walk (May 2017)
(1K) Website up and running www.forestersquareofauburnhills.com ($5K) Update outside of clubhouse (stain roof & ramp, power wash building, replace outdoor lights with LED, paint where necessary) (May 2017)
($40K) Building 4 (White Building) repainted and repaired ($30K) Landscaping around community (mulch, remove replace dead plants and bushes, weed, replace dead grass areas) (April/May 2017)
($8K) Paint inside of Clubhouse / upgrade wall sconces and recessed ceiling lights ($25K) New Street Signs for entire community (May 2017)
($10K) Cameras in clubhouse
Upgrade key fob system / fix pool gates and pool house doors / fix doors in clubhouse to motion sensor to leave building (eliminate pushing green button to exit)
($70K) Renovate building 1 & 18 (paint, porch lights, carpentry repairs, cap window sills)
2018 2019
($100K) Repair crumbling retainer walls/porches on buildings on Forester Blvd Building 8  ($130K) Repair crumbling retainer walls/porches on buildings on Forester Blvd Building 9A

  ($65K) Move Boulders by reflection pond (prep work for eventual parking lot in that location)
2020 2021
($105K) Repair crumbling retainer walls/porches on building 6 on Forester Blvd.  ($160K)  Replace porches and brick paver walls on Amys Walk Building 13 (Armstrong Masonry)
($124K) Convert vacant field current used for parking behind buildings 9 & 10 across from the reflection fountain into a finished community parking lot  ($20K) Landscaping around community (mulch, remove replace dead plants and bushes, weed, replace dead grass areas) (Teddys Landscaping)
($7K) Landscaping around community (mulch, remove replace dead plants and bushes, weed, replace dead grass areas) ($14K)  Replace clubhouse top wood deck and wood ramp with composite boards. (Joes Quality Construction)
($35K) Install a strip of parking spaces at the end of Andover Ave. by the park entrance.  
2022 2023
($20K)  Replace select crumbling retaining walls around the community (Armstrong Masonry) ($170K)  Repair crumbling retainer walls/porches on building 9 on Forester Blvd. 
($30K)  Landscaping around community (mulch, remove replace dead plants and bushes plant new tress and bushes, seed select areas)         (Teddys Landscaping) ($30K)  Landscaping around community (landscape behind back parking lot / install irrigation in that area, mulch, replace dead plants and bushes)
($14K) Building 4 Rehab / Repair ramp, replace top railing boards on bottom and top of porches with composite and pour cement walkway from ramp to parking lot. (Joes Quality Construction) ($30K) Replace paver stones in front of clubhouse
($22K) Install Heat Wires on Building 1, 4, 10, 11 & 18 to prevent ice dams from forming. (Joes Quality Construction)

($50k per roof) Possible start to replacing roofs depending on roof analysis by contractors. The majority of the buildings have had roof repairs done to them in large sections over the years which have prolonged the life of them.
