Forester Square: A community to call home
Welcome to Forester Square, CAI’s 2024 Beautification Award winner. We are a community of 250+ townhomes and single-family homes within walking distance of Downtown Auburn Hills, local parks, and amenities. The community is geared to people who want convenience and sense of community in their daily lives. Amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool and various greenscapes throughout the community. Please use this website to pay your HOA dues, learn about the community, and stay updated on community improvements.
Announcements
- Board meetings are usually held the second Monday of the month with no meetings usually in January, July, and December. The annual meeting, when new board members are elected, takes place in June, usually in the Auburn Hills Community Center.
- Create Priority Waste account here. Trash pick-up on Weds morning.
- Pool opens in May and closes at the end of September.
- 2 pool guests per household.
- Dogs must be leashed at all times: State Law.
- Please do not park in No Parking areas or block intersections.
